I would like to say that Gitta and her Team have been a God send where Short Sales are concerned.  Like others, I was faced with a dilemma of needing to get out of two of my properties because my salary wasn’t enough to cover the cost.  I wasn’t able to find a fulltime job that would allow me to continue managing my finances.  I called Gitta and her team to see if she could help.  She agreed to list my home and as a result there were prospects in and out of the homes and at least 2 or 3 offers on each (at different times).  Her team worked with my mortgage company and all I had to do was give permission to allow them to speak on my behalf.  It was great and no hassles; of course there was paperwork that I had to provide in order to start the process.  The communication from her office to me was outstanding.  Gitta’s Team kept me up to date on whatever I needed to provide as well as information from my mortgage company.  Both properties were closed in 3 to 5 months of listing them.  I’ve talked to some friends who were in the same process and they were not getting good results at all.  I was very pleased with both transactions performed by Gitta and her team.  I do not hesitate to let others know needing a short sale agent to call Gitta.  Thank you Gitta and Team for relieving my stress with the excellent job you performed on my Short Sales!
