As the business manager Ernst deals mainly in the development and growth of the business and assures the team is always on the cutting edge of service and technology. Ernst is also a native of Germany and married to Gitta for 35 years and has a long and successful background in hotels overseas and in Hotel Management for Holiday Inns as a Regional Vice President and working for the Atlanta Sheraton Hotel. Ernst also works with buyers, but his main thrust is in the continuing development of the business and lately acting as the manager of the REO properties.

Marc has been on Gitta’s Team for 3 years and worked prior to that as mortgage broker for 3 years prior to making his real estate lines and joining the team as a buyer agent. Marc was a top junior tennis player who has many tiles to his name after short stint at the University of Alabama decided to follow the family footsteps and work his mom’s real estate team. As a 20 year resident of the Orlando area Marc knows pretty much all of the greater Orlando area and he is eager to serve the buyers to find the right deal.

Dick Mueller's  real estate sales career started in 2003. He resides in Heathrow, FL and serves Central Florida. His background includes being a general contractor and sub-contractor with experience in Florida, Michigan, and Ohio. He is well versed in the home construction field, and works to create a "win-win" with you the customer.

He has also been a superintendent of schools, university director of continuing education, small business owner, sales trainer and business consultant to CEO’s and Key Executives.

His undergraduate degree was in residential construction and graduate with degrees in education and management. He has a doctoral degree from The University of Michigan and has done post doctoral study at Columbia and Harvard Universities.
