Ernst made us feel as if we were his only client
My wife and I recently relocated from Ft. Myers, Florida to the Heathrow/Lake Mary area. In doing so we were extremely blessed to find ourselves in contact with Mr. Ernst Urbainczyk from Gittas Real Estate Team. Our move proved to be extremely stressful for us since trying to sell our home in Ft. Myers took longer than anticipated. However, we never felt that any of our visits to look at homes in the Lake Mary area were a nuisance to Ernst. He was always kind and positive and never once made us feel that we were taking up his time. We knew eventually everything would come together. When our house did finally sell we had a very short time window in which to find our new home. Once again, Ernst made us feel as if we were his only client by giving us so much of his time. We knew he was extremely busy but we always felt as if we were important. He helped us to find the perfect home in Heathrow and was there to help us make all of the arrangements that are needed prior to, at closing and beyond. It took only one day to find the right home
We have just relocated from Houston, Texas to Orlando, with the help of Gittas Real Estate Team. We were very satisfied with the services Ernst Urbainczyk provided and we can recommend him highly. We received listing information about potential houses through email and it took only one day to find the right home. We are very thankful for th assistance that Ernst has provided our family while we were in Houston. When we came to Orlando, the house was already ready.
